Owner Lori Hedtler has an excellent well-deserved reputation in the Antiques Field. Known world wide for offering heirloom china and stemware from the turn of the century, an era of luxury, glamour and lavish dining! A second generation dealer, she started her training with her parents extensive china matching service and continued her love of fine porcelains and glass with a second showroom in Beacon Hill, Boston in 1995.
The clientele of Lori's store, Devonia Antiques, reads like a "Who's Who" of Park Avenue, Beacon Hill, and Extravagant Entertainers, as well as the serious collector and bridal registrants. Nationally renowned for having one of the country's largest collections of Gilded Age china, crystal, and antiques, she specializes in building beautiful dinner services for today's tables.
Lori Hedtler is a Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers. She is an expert in fine English and Continental Porcelains and is often consulted by major auction houses. Ms. Hedtler has appeared as a featured guest on Martha Stewart, Fox Network "FX Personal Collectibles", antique programs and has given lectures on fine antique table top to students of Alexandra Messervy, formerly of the Household of Her Majestey the Queen, as well as to numerous local groups. She has been featured in dozens of articles in leading trade, newspapers, travel and home decorating magazines.
